一、高纯硅颗粒high-purity silicon particles
普通纯度：
选用2202、3303、441、553等硅块，经破碎、筛分、磁选，生产符合客户要求的硅颗粒产品。
高纯：1、在普通纯度硅颗粒基础上，进行酸洗提纯，使硅含量≥99.9%。
2、选用原生多晶硅、单晶硅原料，经破碎、筛分、磁选、提纯，使硅含量≥99.99%。

1、粒径：采用气流粉碎生产，激光粒径检测仪检测，根据客户具体要求调整粒径，一般有200目（75微米）、250目（58微米）、300目（48微米）、350目（40微米）、400目（38微米）、450目（30微米）、500目（28微米）、600目（23微米）、700目（20微米）、800目（19微米）等。
2、纯度：根据客户要求，选用相对应的颗粒原料。一般分为98%、99%、99.5%、99.9%、99.95%、99.99%、99.995%等。ICP光谱仪检测纯度。
